Vietnam, Japan to boost banking collaboration

This is the two sides' bid to bolster financial cooperation in banking services and cross-border investment between Vietnam and Japan. The agreement means the two banks can now access each other's investment information and banking services available to the two countries' corporations and joint ventures in Japan and Vietnam. Moreover, the strengthened ties will open up possibilities for the development of advanced digital banking projects. HD Bank had previously agreed to collaborate with many other Japanese financial giants such as Senshu Ikeda and Hyakugo Bank.
