Vietnam, India hold 16th Joint Committee’s meeting in Hanoi

At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Phạm Bình Minh and Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj agreed to promote bilateral investment into renewable energy, high-quality agriculture, and agro-fishery-forestry processing, to foster cooperation in the oil and gas sector, and to seek collaboration opportunities via a third country.

The two sides also reaffirmed the importance of maintaining maritime and air peace, stability, security and safety in the East Sea.
