The conference was jointly organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and The Rice Trade Magazine.
400 delegates attended the conference, including many foreign rice importers, distributors, and merchants from major markets such as China, the Philippines, and Indonesia. During the first nine months of this year, high-quality rice exports increased sharply in volume and in value. The Government's Decree 107 will lead to opportunities that will help the industry make breakthroughs in the future.
