Vietnam develops e-payment system

Cash transactions in Vietnam account for 90% of payments. In 2020, the rate of non-cash payment will account for more than 30% of payments in Vietnam. Currently it is only about 10%. However, promoting cashless payments aims to create an ecosystem of new payment methods. This will mobilize capital from the people and protect against money laundering and corruption.
