Vietnam cuisine culture association to be launched
VTV.vn - The Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association will be officially launched on Oct 11th following the establishment of Vietnam Culinary Conservation, Research and Development Centre.
The association is expected to pave the way for Vietnam culinary to be the global culinary centre.
The Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association will be a public channel to promote the country's culture and history to the world through cuisine.
The association will also host skill-training classes for cooks and bartenders.
