Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong held talks on November 9 with the Cuban leader following a welcoming ceremony held on Friday in Hanoi.
The Cuban people have learned from Vietnam and admire the Vietnamese people for their heroic spirit and their solidarity with Cuba. We've also learned a lot about the progress made by the Vietnamese people.
