Vietnam assists inmates to rehabilitate better
VTV.vn - In a few week's time, many prisoners in Vietnam will be released conditionally.
They all hope to return to the life of law-abiding citizens, find jobs and have stable incomes. Their efforts are supported by vocational programs of the prisons.
They can spend their time in here to prepare for the future where they can contribute to society once they're released.
