The contest was launched for professional and amateur photographers aged 18 and over, who are Vietnamese living at home and abroad.
Entries for the contest should be photos in real and idea categories.
The real photos are created by realistic and traditional methods and reflect the contemporary life, people, culture, landscape and the achievements in the cause for national construction and defence.
Meanwhile, in term of idea category, the photographers can be free to choose topics and are allowed to use technical and technological measures.
Submissions can be single images or photo collections grouping five to eight pictures that have been taken in 2019 and 2020.
Participants can send photos directly to phongnhiepanh@gmail.com from now until midnight on June 30.
The organising board will present three gold, six silver, nine bronze and 15 consolation prizes to the most outstanding winners.
