In recent years, IPP has brought positive changes to the business ecosystem in Vietnam. The IPP program aims to boost sustainable development economic growth in Vietnam through the increased production and export of innovative products and services. Its first phase ran from 2011 to 2013 with a total budget of over 7 million euros.
