Vietnam Airlines rolls out “in-town check-in”
VTV.vn - Vietnam Airlines has begun offering “in-town check-in” in Hanoi for domestic flights between twelve and two hours before a flight.
At the check-in counters, passengers can complete all check-in formalities, with the only thing left to do would be getting to the airport and passing through the security check.
Other options currently available in Vietnam such as online check-in and self check-in kiosks still require passengers to go to the counter to drop off their baggage.
