The award’s criteria include business performance, trade mark protection, product/service quality, management capacity, human resources, corporate responsibility, and environmental protection.
Over the past 2 decades, Vietnam Airlines has enjoyed average annual passenger growth of 11% and aggressively responded to humanitarian programs such as Operation Smile and building houses for people in flood-prone areas.
