Vice State President's working visit to Tuyen Quang

In her opening remarks, Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh applauded the achievements Tuyen Quang has had in child care and education in recent years. She also praised the initiative to organise the Tuyen Quang City Festival which captured the unique cultural identities of Tuyen Quang Province. On the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons, the Vice State President also visited and presented gifts to heroic mothers in Tuyen Quang Province. She reaffirmed the Government's commitment to commemorating the great sacrifices of Heroic Mothers.
