While applauding the remarkable achievements in the province’s patriotic emulation movements during the 2015-2020 period, Vice President Thinh called for a more enthusiastic response and wider implementation of emulation movements and campaigns in the locality.
She added that such movements have inspired and upheld the strength of the entire provincial political system, thus helping Ninh Binh overcome difficulties and gain comprehensive results in all fields as well as realise 13 out of the 15 development goals set in the resolution of the 21st provincial Party congress.
She requested the provincial authorities pay more attention to enhancing Party building, maintaining defence and security, and following Uncle Ho’s teachings on patriotic emulation activities.
On behalf of the Party and State, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presented the Government’s emulation flag to the province for realising their emulation movement to a high standard.
At the event, 200 gifts were presented to children and certificates of merit were handed over to collectives and individuals who stood out in the provincial emulation movement over the past five years.
