This is considered as an action to help United Socialist Party of Venezuela to take back the control from the opposition coalition.
According to the initial plan, the next election will be held in 2020. Meanwhile, Venezuela's opposition coalition said on Wednesday it could not participate in the presidential election on April 22nd. Venezuela is currently under many embargoes from the US and EU.
