Updates on floods and landslides in northern Vietnam

She was the only child of her family from Na Vai Village, Lang Ngam Commune, Ngan Son District. Earlier, heavy rains in Ngan Sơn district caused floods and landslides in several areas of the district. On the same day, floods in Ta Van Commune, Sa Pa District of Lao Cai Province swept away three locals. A search team of 200 people were mobilised to find the victims. After several hours of searching, only 2 bodies were found.
