A conference to discuss Hanoi's strategy of developing itself as a creative city was organized on September 28th. During this development, Hanoi will focus on upholding the values of its cultural heritage.
Hanoi is expected to develop first into a creative entrepot and then a creative capital in Southeast Asia and Asia, on the basis of heritage, culture, and peace, and becoming a dynamic, creative, and highly liveable city in the 21st century.
UNESCO will help Hanoi link up with other countries around the world as well as those who interested in the city's development. The capital is developing a project to gather ideas and initiatives from experts, scientists, and lovers of Hanoi, on further developing it as a highly creative and liveable city.
