Creating a library and archive and completing an information system are some specific activities that are implemented in the project funded by UNDP in Vietnam. The main purpose of the project is to create an easy to use digital data system; thereby making the legislative activities of the National Assembly to be more effective.

This is just one of many National Assembly projects that UNDP has supported. Support also included work on the 2013 Constitution.

With 1.7 million USD project was slated to finish in 2015. However, the project will continue thanks to its results.
