In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), Under the Glorious Flag promises to deliver an epic, emotional artistic performance. This is a national-level political and artistic event, directed by the Central Military Commission and hosted by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, in collaboration with local governments.
The program aims to portray the image of Vietnamese soldiers vividly throughout history, affirming the noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldier: loyalty, bravery, resilience, and a willingness to sacrifice for their nation's independence and freedom. Not only does Under the Glorious Flag honors the role of the military in history and the present day, it also spreads patriotism and unity, and inspires a sense of responsibility among the younger generation.
The show will be live-broadcast from three iconic locations in the North, Central, and South regions: Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi), the Flag Tower (Hue), and the Innovation Park (Ho Chi Minh City). With more than 10,000 delegates attending across these three venues, the program will offer a multi-layered cultural and artistic experience. Audiences will enjoy performances and be immersed in a heroic historical atmosphere, feeling a deep sense of national pride.
Under the Glorious Flag is the perfect fusion of diverse artistic forms and modern performance technologies.
