Travel rush in China as Spring Festival Holiday approaches end

Yesterday, nearly 16,000 flights have been chartered to serve the increasing demand for travel.

At airports in big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, the number of passengers using air services is forecast to peak. Particularly, Beijing international airport served nearly 1,700 flights, with over 280,000 passengers.

Flights in the South China will be affected by rain and cloudy weather.
