Traditional music from ASEAN countries embraced

Their inspired performances underlined the diverse cultural beauty of ASEAN’s member countries and their music heritage and created a unique experience for the local people. Despite language differences, the common language of music bound friends all corners of ASEAN together. The music performances introduced to the audience the unique cultural traits of each country. And, this was how the local audiences received it.

Aiming to promote unity among ASEAN people, the street performances proved popular with with audiences in Sam Son. Simultaneously, another concert was hosted at Lam Son. Theatre to promote the traditional music genres of the ten ASEAN countries.

As the host of the first ever ASEAN Traditional Music Festival, Vietnam aimed to highlight its own traditional beauty and hospitality to the ASEAN community and bring its people closer together.
