As many as 300 pavilions run by 146 enterprises from 15 provinces in Central and Central Highlands regions and 14 provinces of other regions are introducing industrial products and handicraft products from both inside and outside the Central and Highlands regions.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Cao Quoc Hung said that the event is an opportunity for State management agencies and enterprises to discuss measures to promote the consumption of rural industrial products in the domestic market and proceed to export them.
The fair is also a venue for enterprises to meet partners, seek business opportunities and sign deals to develop and consume typical industrial products in the region.
On the occasion, the Ministry of Industry and Trade held a ceremony to honour and grant certificates to 100 typical rural industrial products in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
The trade fair is schedule to conclude on July 13.
