Each house is worth 2200 US dollars, and all houses are scheduled to be completed before September 30th 2017. The total expense of the programme, which is 2.2 million US dollars, is being allocated from the province's social welfare fund. Trà Vinh Province is also sponsoring 10,000 digital technology devices with a total value of 220,000 US dollars for beneficiary families and revolutionary contributors. According to the plan, 300 houses will be completed and distributed by July 27th.
