Tra fish exports reach record high

This is the first time in the last 20 years Vietnamese tra fish exports have achieved such a high number. Experts predicted that the growth of Vietnam's tra fish industry would improve significantly when the quality and value of the products improved.

Currently, as several Free Trade Agreements that Vietnam is involved in go into effect, tra fish exports to Vietnam's major trade partners will enjoy a 0% tax rate. Meanwhile, this product will be subject to fierce competition in terms of product quality. As such, recent positive changes will create momentum for the Vietnamese tra fish industry to improve in the time to come.
