By participating in Season 3 of Top Chef Vietnam, professional chefs will have to compete more fiercely, overcome creative challenges such as more realistic improvisation, and create new culinary trends in the 4.0 era. Each chef has to create world-class dishes under the judging of famous food critics on social media and win over the demanding expert jury to win the title of the program with a total prize value of up to VND1 billion.
The 40 professional chefs in the direct selection round, who outperformed 1,000 chefs in the profile round, will impress the judges with indigenous Vietnamese dishes created in 60 minutes.
14 chefs with good culinary techniques, creative dishes, appealing flavors, beautifully presented with unique local accents will receive knives and Top Chef aprons and move on to the Recording Round.
The first day of judging took place at P'TI Saigon restaurant with the participation of 20 professional chefs from all over the country with many unique dishes.
In order to find the 14 best chefs to participate in the filming round, the next audition will be held on April 19, 2023 at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza after the first day of selection.
