Three airport designs shortlisted
VTV.vn - Three finalists have been selected for the planned Long Thanh International Airport slated for construction in the southern province of Dong Nai.

The designs were submitted to an architectural competition held by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam. The three shortlisted designs were also the most popular with the public.

One design received the overwhelming approval of the judges, who praised its incorporation of the nipa palm into a cheaper and flexible modernist concept.
