Thousands of hectares of paddy rice submerged

Because of this many communes have been isolated and thousands of hectars of crops are under water. Due to the prolonged heavy rains caused by Son-Tinh storm and the water being released from reservoirs, thousands of hectares of paddy rice and crops are under water including 20,000 hectares of summer-autumn rice crops.

The work to help people overcome the aftermath of the storm and stabilize their lives is being done under difficult weather conditions.
