The Vietnamese student's festival held in South Korea

In order to celebrate the 27th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, as well as the 12th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnamese Students' Association in Korea, on October 27th, at Seoul-based Soongsil University, the Vietnamese Student's Festival took place with the participation of nearly 1000 Vietnamese students from across Korea. The event was organized by the Vietnamese Students' Association in Korea and Hanshin Co., Ltd, with the sponsorship of the Vietnamese Embassy in the country.

The Central Committee of Vietnam Student Association also awarded certificates of "Five-Virtues Student" and "January Star" Award to honour international students in South Korea who have made outstanding academic achievements and contributions to social activities.
