Up to 60% of young graduates are working in the field they do not major in. So far, 220,000 university graduates remain unemployed due to, first and foremost, the lack of soft skills, experience and especially the lack of effective connections between job seekers and employers. The Chosen One is expected to bridge the gap between the two.
The Chosen One is the first reality show in Vietnam in personnel and recruitment process. With this aim, the program has received thousands of applications. 200 candidates with the most outstanding profiles and creative profiles presentation have passed the qualifying round to enter the “Convincing of the Interviewing Panel" segment.
The interviewers panel consists of experienced people in human resources: MC Khac Nguyen, the program host, Ms. Do Thuy Duong - CEO of Talent Pool; and the recruiter.
After passing the round of interview, the top three candidates will step into the contest round. They will have to come up with a solution to a situation directly related to the operation of the business. Candidates who come up with the smartest, most appropriate solution will be selected by the panel to win the opportunity to work in the business.
