The 36th National Television Festival will be held from Dec. 21st to 24th

The event, which  is also a TV  contest, has received five hundred entries in different categories. Of them, news reports represent the majority.

The voting for best TV Series started since early November 2016. This year, this category has received many entries known to TV audience including Zippo, Mustard and you, The weird trial of Minh Tam, The story of Ren, The memory flow, The dice,etc.

Compared to previous festivals, the jury board membership of this year contest has been renewed in half. Some actors and actresses    participate for the first time in judging the entries such as actor Dao Ba Son, actor Tran Manh Cuong, journalist Nguyen Thu Ha, etc.

Three seminars will be held within the framework of the festival including “Coping with climate change and the role of communication”, “Graphics production for TV” and “Disseminating the culture of ethnic minorities on TV”.

TV workers will also exchange with audience of Lao Cai. A photo exhibition of TV workers will also be held.

A thousand participants  and a hundred delegations from  all TV stations, the press and media businesses come to the festival.
