On October 27th, the teams in the northern group conducted their first rehearsal on the outdoor stage.
The ten teams are from universities in Hanoi including: University of Industry, University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Law, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Police Academy, Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, FPT University, Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Academy of Journalism and Propaganda and RMIT University. Early on, the contestants arrived at the backstage to prepare for their performances. They are all enthusiastic and eager to show their talents on a big stage like SV 2020.
SV 2020 is a program organized by VTV3 channel of Vietnam Television in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Participating in the program, the student teams will have to show their views and thoughts on social issues in a creative and humorous manner.
In the regional group qualification stage, the teams will compete in 3 tests. The first is Hello SV. With 1 minute and 30 seconds, the team needs to create an impressive presentation with fun about their school. In the second contest - SV Theater, students will stage a music drama performance (singing - music - drama) with the theme proposed by the Organizing Board. Content, scripts, performances need to show intelligence, sophistication and humor. The duration for this test is no more than 8 minutes. Finally, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes, the team will participate in the SV Lens competition. The Organizer will give a topic for the team to produce a report or a Vlog.
In the spirit of making their best effort, the teams are well prepared for their performances. This will contribute to creating a colorful, vibrant and youthful SV 2020.
