The 11 remaining provinces continue to base on the epidemic situation in their localities to make decisions on when their schools can reopen at an appropriate time.
The MoET has requested local departments of education and training and educational institutions nationwide to strictly implement COVID-19 prevention and control measures, especially when students come back to school.
The Ministry also asked schools to actively build study plans for students to ensure the quality of their study after a long holiday.
Schools are urged to stay vigilant against the epidemic, and proactively implement prevention and control measures to ensure safety for students. They are also requested to coordinate with parents to keep a close watch on students’ health while they are at home and at school.
