China, South Korea, and Singapore lead the list of investors in Vietnam. Hong Kong, China, had the highest investment with nearly five billion US dollars, about 33% of total foreign investment.
Among the nineteen sectors attracting foreign investment, processing and manufacturing led with foreign capital of 10.5 billion US dollars, followed by real estate, wholesale, and retail.
