This is the information emphasized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade this morning (Aug 9th) in a working session on state management in the field of trade defense.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade also affirmed that when the international economic integration becomes more and more extensive, the increased protection policies will lead to stricter requirements for Vietnamese exports. Therefore, if these requirements are not met, Vietnamese goods are easily concluded that they are "avoiding" the tax, evading trade defense measures. In the first 7 months of this year, trade defense lawsuits with Vietnamese exports remained high. On average, there are at least 1 case per month.
