The Prime Minister noted the plan has to fully simplify conditions rather than combine them to reduce their numbers.
He instructs ministries, agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and cities not to set up new business conditions, lists of goods, or specialized inspection procedures. They also need to clearly prescribe administrative procedures, business conditions, and the list of specialized inspection goods and products to ensure ease of implementation and prevent incurring costs for businesses.
