Strategic dialogue between Vietnam and Italy begins in HCMC

In his address, President Mattarella said many cooperative opportunities await both countries’ business communities. He called on both sides to share ideas for development, as the two economies share similar models for small and medium-sized enterprises and face similar globalisation challenges. The political ties between Vietnam and Italy have grown very strong since bilateral diplomatic ties were established 42 years ago. During talks with Vietnamese leaders, President Mattarella pledged to boost the multifaceted cooperation between the two nations.
