State President welcomes new school year

State President Tran Dai Quang attended the opening ceremony of the school year at Trung Vuong Secondary School on Tuesday. The event took place on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the school. Speaking in front of pupils, teachers and parents, President Tran Dai Quang reiterated that education remained a top national policy in the country's development.

The state president called for the development of education in ethnic minority populated regions, taking better care of students from policy beneficiary families and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
