The forum is expected to draw the participation of 350 delegates, speakers, incubators and start-ups from 21 APEC economies.
The forum will feature 5 sessions addressing topics related to small and medium-sized enterprises, start-up support and the environment.
Delegates hope to come up with joint projects based on ideas and proposals compiled from these sessions.
