State President promulgates new laws

They are the Law on Forestry; the revised Law on Credit Organizations, the amended Law on Vietnamese Representative Offices in Foreign Countries, the Law on Fisheries; the Law on Public Management, and the Law on planning.

According to the Law on Public Management, effective from January 7th next year, public debt management will be under the control of the Ministry of Finance. It will help control risk management for public debts and debt repayment.
