State President Quang tasked ministries and localities to be ready with measures for quick response in all circumstances. All responsible forces must prioritize safety for state leaders, delegate heads and delegates, and prevent terrorist activities and interference during the event. State President Quang also requested police and military forces to tightly control explosive and radioactive material, and guarantee security on air, sea and land, as well as the disabling of unmanned aerial vehicles to avoid any unwanted incidents during the APEC Summit this year.
