State President arrives in New York for UN Summit

The visit follows the invitation of UN General Secretary Ban Ki Moon. The event will focus on pursuing the Sustainable Development Goals. The Vietnamese state leader is expected to join 192 counterparts from other nations.

President Sang’s agenda will include the opening ceremony,  a conference to discuss the new sustainable development plan with a vision to 2030, and finally, the signing ceremony of the UN Summit.
