State Bank of Vietnam discusses cash circulation

An international seminar on Bank management and supply of cash was held on Thursday by the State Bank of Vietnam. The SBV said there was sufficient currency in circulation. Bank leaders also agreed on the irreplaceable role of cash despite the increasing use of non-cash payments.

At the seminar, participants discussed innovations in banking mechanism sand management to facilitate the rotation of cash in business. Prime examples of foreign banking will also be considered in the process.
