Stamp collection welcomes 12th National Party Congress

The collection was launched by the Ministry of Information and Communications in collaboration with VNPost.

Highlight of the collection is the portrait of Late President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party flag. Those images represent the national unity and people’s belief in the party’s leadership. The stamps also capture the two spring flowers: Peach blossom and Apricot, representing the joyful atmosphere of the new year.
