At the meeting between the government's permanent members and leaders of the ministries on the construction of infrastructure; Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc requested that mechanisms should be established to channel new resources and not impede the infrastructure development due to excessive bureaucracy.
After consulting with other ministries, the Ministry of Planning and Investment will assume the prime responsibility for building a specific report on developing infrastructure. Afterwards, either the prime minister will make a decision or the government will issue a resolution on the continuation of current policies.
