90% of vegetation had fallen and farming areas were severely damaged. But only four months after the storm, the island has quickly recovered.
After being completely destroyed by Storm Tembin late last year, the island's plantation is once again covered in green, with nearly 10 types of vegetables that can be harvested regularly. Treating the soil after the storm was the hardest part of recovering production.
