Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and members of the socio-economic subcommittee preparing for the 13th National Party Congress in 2021 met with scientists to listen to their opinions. They also stressed the importance of encouraging each and every Vietnamese citizen to be creative and determined in contributing to the country's sustainable development.
