Better enforcement of the Law on Enterprises and Law on Investment is required to assist small- and medium-sized enterprises. Ineligible business registrations and unnecessary expenses should be eliminated at the same time. The Ministry of Planning and Investment is working on the Law on SMEs, which is expected to be submitted to the National Assembly in 2016.
