He said Vietnam wanted to learn from Singapore's experience in developing the intellectual property system in order to make it an effective tool to support technological development and boosting socio-economic development.
At the meeting, both sides witnessed the signing of a co-operation plan for 2018 between the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
