Severe drought hits Binh Dinh farmers
VTV.vn - Farmers in the central province of Bình Định have been struggling to find water to irrigate their rice paddies due to severe drought.
In many localities, the water levels of many reservoirs have sunk to less than 30% of their capacity, and more than 11,500 hectares of rice and other crops are on the verge of dying.
