The Secretary visited and presented gifts to veteran Nguyen Van Lan (Dong Ngac ward) and veteran Nguyen Dinh Bich (Xuan Tao ward), who participated in the takeover of the capital city 70 years ago.
On behalf of the city’s leaders, Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai deeply thanked veterans Nguyen Van Lan and Nguyen Dinh Bich for their contributions and sacrifices for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
She affirmed that the Party Committee, administration and the people of Hanoi always remember, are grateful and will continue to care for families with meritorious services; this is the morality and tradition of "when drinking water, remember its source" of the nation.
On the same day, Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Hao in Co Nhue 1 Ward.
