Scorpions to play in Hanoi

The German rock band agreed to perform at the Monsoon Music Festival 2016, an annual event taking place in Hanoi from October 21 to 23 this year.

The event, which is in its third year, is slated to open in the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long. The band is scheduled to perform on the last day of the program.

Formed in 1965, the band is considered one among the most successful rock bands in Germany as well as in Europe with over 100 million records sold worldwide.
